01. Follow & Listen To Your Heart & Gut

When I’m in my highest alignment & most happy state is when I let what is on my heart determine my choices & actions. Connecting to your truth & intuition is essential to living our purpose & honoring your highest self.

In Alignment with Service Exercise: Begin the day by setting aside time to first dive deeply inward. Have a conversation with yourself, ask yourself what do you need today? What do you need to feel whole & happy today? Listen to any guidance. The answer could be a five minute guided meditation, the answer could even be a cuddle with your fur baby, a slow moving yoga practice, or take a slow morning with a cup of tea. Once you fill yourself up, bring this loving energy into the day with you to better support the people around you. Fill your cup with so much love that the energy overflows in abundance. Go about your day to serve without expecting anything in return, and just see what magic comes your way when you are attuned to your highest vibration.

02. Embody Gratitude

What a miracle & exciting thing that are here, on this planet, right NOW.  We live in such an incredible world which holds so much magic! With all of our inventions & opportunities to make this life more enjoyable.

Gratitude Exercise: Look around and find the magnificence within everything. For instance, think about the effort it takes to create even the simplest of things, like a fork or a spoon, and how something so simple is so useful and valuable. All we have is an opportunity to grow upon what already is. Grow through gratitude, for everyones wellbeing.

03. Clean Eating

Treat your body like a well balanced machine... which eats for fuel, not just for pleasure. Eating a plant based, light pescatarian portioned, high protein, high healthy fat content, and low on carbohydrates has been working best for me thus far. I say no to dairy, gluten, added sugar, beans, etc. This is not only totally do-able, as it is also delicious. I think it's all about cleaning up our diet, yet also being completely aware of how the foods we eat make us feel. Eating a plant based intake supports us feeling lighter and energized. On the opposite spectrum, when we eat processed and fried "food" it creates feelings of being tired, heavy and sluggish. Eating plants and fish make me feel fantastic and also help to lean down. Also, my energy levels are through the roof! I have never felt sustained energy levels until eating this way. My energy now carries me through the day with vigor. When I'm feeling these vibrant vibes I even skip the need for coffee...I like to grab a ginger shot to build on this feeling instead! :wink:

04. Hydrate

Hydration is key to feeling good i your body and having a natural glow!! Keep your insides up to par and you will radiate health too. I notice when I drink more water my skin (especially my lips) have less creases. So what makes you want to drink more water? Whenever I have my favorite tumbler next to me with a straw I am 100% more likely to stay hydrated which also helps to be full of energy. Human to human, I say figure out what will draw you back to your straw (what works for you?) and just do it!

05. Give back

I know this sounds cliche, it's because it's soo dang true!! When was the last time you gave just because? Do you remember how it gave you a feeling of purpose and joy? There is a magical feeling that happens when you give wholeheartedly called "givers-gain", when you give you also receive. There are so many ways to raise the vibration of this world. Different ways to contribute are right in front of you...picking up trash while walking, write a hand written note expressing gratitude, give a stuffed animal to a child in need, graciously give money to a charity, buy lunch for someone, or even give your grandma happy looking flowers. What random act of kindness is calling you?

06. Learn Something New

Listen to the inner voice of curiosity. Pursue your natural inspirations, lean into what makes you come alive. Novelty and curiosity is key to a fresh zest for life. (The curiosity awakened the cat I like to say). When was the last time you did something brand new for the very first time? The novelty is in the doing. I'm sure there's something you have been meaning to start. Take that pole dancing class, try a new style of yoga, make a vegan dessert recipe, skydiving, learn another language or educate yourself on a new social media platform. Give your original callings a go, yo!

07. Lift People Up

When we praise we all raise up simultaneously! It's a boomerang. Within our bodies we experience the positive and negative vibrations of the words we say. Another reason to celebrate other peoples successes with them! Use your words and thoughts to connect and lift others! Everything is affected by the vibrations of words. There are numerous experiments done to show this with various kinds of plants. There were two plants living in the same environment, yet one labeled "love" flourished yet the plant with the word "hate" died rapidly. Words create a vibration that is felt on a cellular level. For the benefit of all, lets use our words to affirm all the good in the world. What we focus on with love and proper action grows.

08. Create Something From Nothing

Be part of the manifesting process. Make a recipe from scratch, make friendship bracelets for your bestie, create a photo frame from something creative, brew kombucha, develop your own plant based recipe. Start fresh on a project  and follow it through to completion.

09. Journaling

Set aside 10 minutes. This time is just for YOU. Grab a blank piece of paper and a pen or use your laptop. Find a quiet comfortable space. Set an intention for your writing or ask yourself a question then write it on the header. If you are interested in connecting to a high power, an invitation I learned from gabbybernstein.com is to write "Dear Angels of the highest truth and compassion, I welcome you to write though me now." This is a way to connect to Universe, God, Source Energy (whatever you identify with works) through writing. If your prefer, you can ask yourself a question, this is completely up to you. Set a timer for ten minutes minimum and write, write, write!! See what comes out...do it NOW! I think you'll be impressed. In my experience with free-writing was that it's kind of like turning on an old water faucet, hose or bath; at first will be letting out some dirty water then you'll get to fresh life-giving nectar. Writing is an amazing way to move out energy, connect to God, or dream things out. I truly enjoy these moments, connected to the raw unedited me. Enjoy this one! 10. Proper Rest

We all have different sleeping needs. What do you say to yourself before bed says a lot about how you'll be setting yourself up to feel tomorrow. Mindset is everything. Do you say or think something like "I'm going to bed at this time to get a good nights rest" or that "I'm not going to get the full eight hours I need?" I definitely don't desire that much every night, yet you might have a different experience. What you say to ourself determines what you need to fill your "needs".  Go to bed with pleasant thoughts and intentions for tomorrow and boom! You'll be waking up excited for another day to live your truth.

11. Create Progress

Sustained happiness is found in progressing forward in your world. Whether you're focused on feeling more connected to your body, eating healthier, financial freedom, exercise more, or improve in your business is completely up to you. Imagine what you can achieve by deciding to be a better version of yourself each and every day. The law says that we are living in constant growth or decay, the choice is yours.
